Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to Canada at this time. We ship to all provinces and territories, including street addresses and P.O. boxes. For USA and international orders, find us at one of your favourite retailers via our stockists page.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs a flat rate of $7.95 CAD anywhere in Canada. We are happy to offer you free expedited shipping within Canada on orders over $50 CAD.

 

How do you ship Voir packages?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Our orders come beautifully packaged and double boxed for extra protection during dispatch.

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-7 business days for orders shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.


Where can I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information online under My Account if you have created an account on www.voirhaircare.com.

 

My order hasn’t arrived on time. Is it lost in transit?

If you believe your order is lost in transit, please send an email to hello@voirhaircare.com and we’ll help you investigate. In the case of a lost order, we are happy to replace it for you.

 

My tracking information says my order was delivered but I can’t find it. What do I do?

Occasionally, our packages may be delivered to a neighbour, mail center, or management office. If you checked these options and are still unable to find your Voir order, email hello@voirhaircare.com and we’ll be sure to get you your products.

 

I forgot to update my address before my order shipped. What do I do?

Don’t worry, we can still get your Voir order to you. Simply email hello@voirhaircare.com with your new address and we’ll sort it out.

 

Can I get my order gift-wrapped or add a personal message?

We currently do not offer gift-wrapping and personalization services. That said, we’ve curated a beautiful unboxing experience that you’re sure to love. From a sleek branded keepsake box to custom stationery, every Voir package feels like a gift!

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Do you really offer 60-day returns?

Yes! We’re completely obsessed with our products, and we want you to be too. That’s why we offer 60-day returns. Once you receive your Voir order, you’ll have up to 60 days (that’s basically two months!) to try out the products and see if they work for you. We’re confident that once you try Voir you’ll want to clear space on your bathroom counter/shower shelf/vanity for us for good, but in the slim chance that something isn’t quite right, we’ll take it back and make it right. For free.

 

Note: 60-day returns are applicable to unopened and gently used products only. We cannot take back products that have been completely emptied.

 

How do I return or exchange a product?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 60-day return policy on unopened or gently used products.

 

And when we say “hassle-free”, we mean it. We believe returns should be flexible, easy, and stress-free. We stand by our products and we trust our customers—that’s why Voir returns are always free. You may return or exchange a product for free within 60 days from receipt of purchase (consider these 60 days your trial run!). Simply email us at orders@voirhaircare.com to request a return shipping label.

 

We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 1 day of receiving your return. Typically, processing time for a refund is 3 to 5 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.

 

There is a product missing or damaged from my order. What do I do?

We work diligently to ensure you receive your full order and that your unboxing experience is an exciting one! In the rare occasion that an item is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team by email at orders@voirhaircare.com and we’ll be happy to sort it out for you. Missing products that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued. Backordered and/or damaged products will be fully replaced or refunded.
